A reminder for myself, when my iman is low.
A reminder for myself, when my iman is low.
A reminder for me too look at when it’s time to pray and I make excuses.
A reminder of my purpose when dunya has taken me over.
Although you may forget, your only reason for being alive and in this dunya is to worship Allah alone ” I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me.” Your prayer is an act of worship and without it you will have nothing. Jannah is the real home.
With prayer you can get there, without it well you know where you will end up! May Allah save us from hell by his mercy.
Allah the most generous has given you so many gifts in life, He has saved you so many times, He has forgiven you, kept your sins secrets and guided you to the truth! His door always remains open to you although you close the door on Him.
Come knocking on Allah’s door 5x a day with Khushoo, a love for Allah, an appreciation for the one entity that keeps on giving and giving without limitations.
He says just ask and I will give you. Just ask me ! “Allah says, ‘I am as my servant expects Me to be, and I am with him when he remembers me. If he thinks of Me, I think of him. If he mentions Me in company, I mention him in an even better company.
When he comes closer to Me by a handspan, I come closer to him an arm’s length.
If he draws closer to Me by an arm’s length, I draw closer by a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him.
If my servant comes to Me walking, I go to him running.” (Al-Bukhari) Show me a love like this !
Everything in this world worships Allah swt, everything is at His beckoned call, but if we walk to him he comes running SubhanAllah.
He deserves your love and attention more than anything in this entire world. His love is without conditions, so bow down in humility to the One who created you for Jannah & wants you right there where you belong.
This world is but a test !
just like the student you are given all the information you need to be successful ; for us it’s the Quran Al Kareem and the Sunnah of the beloved Prophet Mohammed PBUH.
We can decide to study the material and implement what was taught and pass the test, or we can give up because it’s too hard, or procrastinate till it’s too late and fail.
In life we might be able to resit exams, but when our souls are ready to depart without notice and leave this world we can’t go back, we can’t ask for a second chance. Just think about it. No second chance.
After our soul departs and we leave this temporary dunya, we will meet Allah where it will be revealed if we fulfilled our duty and passed the test !
Will we be among the righteous handed our scrolls in our right hand, or will be veiled from seeing the face of Allah swt due to His anger on how we lived ? Will we make it across the sirat safely ?
Will we finally make it home to Jannah ?
As long as we fulfill our obligations and hold tight to the Quran and Sunnah in shaa Allah we will be among the righteous.
May Allah swt keep our faith steadfast and on the deen, in a world full of temptation may we withdraw into the tranquility of worshipping Allah swt forever and always.
