BaarakAllaah feek

Are you as quick as ibn ‘Uyaynah?.. ❤

Sufyaan ibn ‘Uyaynah said:

My father used to work as a money exchanger in al-Koofah and came under debt so he took us to Makkah whereupon I went to the Masjid when suddenly I saw ‘Amr bin Deenaar, and he narrated to me eight hadiths.

I held his donkey whilst he went inside the masjid and prayed, when he came back out I repeated the hadiths to him.

He then said:

BaarakAllaah feek (to me).

Note: The hadith he learnt on the spot where obviously including the isnaad. Notice that he did not waste anytime.
