Whomever saw a papers (kitab) of his brother.. ❤

Ibn Muflih writes:

“And in the hadith is narrated that the Prophet Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam  said:

“Whomever saw a papers (kitab) of his brother without his permission, has seen the Hellfire”. Ibn Athir said in “Al-Nihayah”:

“And this is specifically with regards to papers in which a secret or amanah is kept which the owner wants to remain hidden”. I say: And it has been said that this is a general statement regarding all papers”.

[“Al-Adab Al-Shari’iyah”, 166-167].
